Linking OLE Objects within a Form

I know that there are a lot of space issues with saving OLE Object in a
table, but due to network securities, I don't have another option.

I need to know the full process on getting a picture that I have saved in a
table [tbl_Employee Info] to link so that in my form [frm_New Training] when
I select a person from a combo box [Employee #] which is filled via a query
[qry_Employee Info].

I want to select the person, and have their associated picture show in the
form.

I need to know the process from the beginning, including saving the pictures
to the table.

Please don't just give me a link to something for I usually can't use them
due to network security issues, and when I can use them, I can't figure out
what I doing anyway.
