ListBox Value Defaults to Date

I'm trying to create a form with several list boxes bound to user-defined
fields. When I bind the controls and then run the form, the initial value
displayed is a date - even though the default value is set to 'TEN' and the
field type is 'TEXT'.

Please ignore. I have posted a new message thats a bit more descriptive of
the actual issue.
