Hello, I have a potential customr that wants to create a login message when
users login to outlook, to warn them of potential misuse of the email
system, yadda, yadda, and that they're responsible for any mail they send
out ofa personal nature, and they could be fired over misuse of the system,
yadda yadda.

I KNOW that MS provides for this feature when users login TO THE NETWORK,
via Group Policy, but he seems to want to be able to do it when users log
in to OUTLOOK. Is this possible? He also envisioned the users clicking on
either a "yes" or "no" button. But the routine that I know of through Group
Policy only gives an "OK" button. I imagine this is just as legally binding
as a "yes" or "no button would be?

I know this is a relatively simple procedure, and shouldtake about an hour
to set up or so. BTW, this is an an Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003
environment.

Any input from anyone will be appreciated.

We do this with an Outlook add-in. When you click the Outlook icon to
start, you get a company policy statement that you must accept.
