I want a non circumvention letter stating all information discussed is
PRIVATE, for a certain length of years

This newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft Access, a relational database
program. Perhaps if "non circumvention letter" is a standard term you
could try that in a Google groups search, but beyond that I really don't
know what to suggest.
