Mail Merge from Query

What is the easiest way to pass two variables to a query and dump the results
returned from the query to a mail merge with one button or click event. If it
is too complicated to post online I understand, just looking for a way to do
this for a database that I send letters out from for certian records.

The parameters for the query should be references to controls on a form. I
don't recall how up to date the file at the above link is, but the current
version uses a multi-select list box which is referenced by the query.

Thanks, I am trying to figure this out. It is more advanced than what I am
used to.
