We're in an organization running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and the
client is configured with Windows XP professional with SP2 and Office
Professional Plus 2007 with SP1.
Some users cannot mark their email messages for follow up or for completion.
I've found a work-around by opening that message and selecting in the ribbon
in the actions group the button "Other actions". Then I select "edit message"
and save and close that message. Now I can mark the message. Is there an
other way to fix this problem or does anyone recognise this behaviour.
