Mark text for deletion (Word 2007)

Hi all

is there a way to mark portions of text in a document so that some kind
of actione can be then performed on those text blocks?

I would like to be able to mark in a special way some parts of my
docuemnt text and then delete them all with a single clik / key sequence.

Is that possible?

If you turn on Track Changes (Ctrl-Shift-E), when you delete something
it stays there, crossed out, until you Accept the Change. You can
Accept All Changes with a single click when you click on the tiny down
arrow next to the Accept Change icon.
