Master Task Pane

How do I keep the master task pane from appearing in Publisher? Every time I
go to the master page, the left-hand pane has to be turned off and it bugs me
to have to do it each time.

Can't do it captain. It's hardcoded into the software application. The only
way around it that I can think of would be using VBA, but I don't know if
there is a tag for that.
