What is maximum capacity of Outlook in megabytes ? My work can become more
efficient if I were to copy a Word document into Outlook.

If there is a maximum memory (megabytes) for Outlook, what is that number?

Explain how an e-mail client can make your word processing more
efficient. If instead you meant that you want to attach a .doc file to
an e-mail or compose an e-mail using Word and then use Outlook to send
it, well, go for it.

The maximum size of your message will be determined by your mail
provider, not by Outlook. You'll need to contact your e-mail provider
or look at their help pages to determine the maximum size per e-mail
that they enforce in their quotas.

Thanks for your help Vanguard. -- I am using Oulook as a database as well as
an e-mail client. -- When I complete a contact sheet, I want to attach a
copy of that persond resume to the contact file. The resume is generally
saves as a Word Doc. I want to erase the Word Doc and use the Outlook contact
file and the saved resume copied to it. -- Like you said, the insertion of
the Doc file into the Outlook contact file will increase the megabytes in the
PST file. If there is no upside harm in my doing this, I would like to
continue. -------- Any Thoughts?
