My Outlook randomly starts up in a mode that shows only a gray rectangle
where the message text should be. When this happens, it also will not send a
message, allow entry of a calendar item or allow addtion of a contact.
The only solution appears to be to shut the entire computer down and restart
(several times) until it opens properly.
Can anyone help?
