message when launch outlook

Everytime when I lauched outlook the following message showed up

outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting outlook in safe mode
will help you correct or isolate a startup problem in order to successfully
start the program. Some functionality may be disabled in this mode. Do you
want to start outllok in safe mode

I have select yes and no. The message still show up each time I launched
outlook

Any help on this is greatly appreciated

What version of Outlook?

Have you tried a detect and repair from the help menu? You may need your
Office CD for this.

Have you scanned your PST for errors? Search your pc for scanpst.exe,
double-click it, and follow the instructions.
