Messages sent or cc'd to myself are not received

I use Outlook 2003.

Whenever I send a message that includes my POP e-mail address I can watch
the message get sent, but I never receive it.

This only occurs with my Outlook 2003 program. If I use the Windows Live
program, I can send our cc e-mails to POP e-mail address just fine.

I do not have any rules set up, and my e-mail address is not listed on my
junk mail list either.

In addition, I have an alias for this POP account setup, and when I include
that alias address in the To or CC fields, those messages are not received
either.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem with two PCs: MSO2007 under Vista Ultimate, and MSO2003/XP. All
mail from my own name goes to junk.
Looks like latest junkmail filter update sets a presumptive "must be spoof"
treatment of alternative addresses bearing local username which overrules
locally set rules... neither "allow sender" nor "not junk" methods fix it.
Extremely annoying. Whether or not the "sender" account is duplicated on
local machine doesn't seem to matter.
