please check the
tools > options > preference tab > email options tab

Hi Lita

Follow these steps.

1.) In Outlook, click Tools
2.) Click Options
3.) Select the Preferences tab
4.) Click Email Options
5.) Select "Include original message text" under "When replying to a message"
6.) Select "Include original message text" under "When forwarding a message"
