Hi Everyone,
I have a new computer (HP Pavelan a839n Athlon 3400+) running Windows XP
service pack 2. I'm also running Office 2003 service pack 1. The problem that
just started the other day is this:
After receiving new messages, I can see the meesages without a problem. If I
decide to look at a message in another folder (without copying the messages
in the inbox to another folder) and then back to the inbox. All the messages
disapear and I can't find them anywhere. Outlook is also not redownloading
messages off the mail server if I reset the mail flag back to unread.
Am I missing a setting for the above problem or is this a known problem.
