Missing Table Lines

I

Idaho Word Man

I have a multi-page table (about 30 pgs) in which I MUST track changes. The
table was originally set for single lines everywhere (outside and between all
columns and rows). I have deleted some rows, and in those places the bottom
row on a page prints with no bottom line.

These places come where rows have been deleted. If I select the row and look
at Format - Borders and Shading, it shows that there is supposed to be a
bottom line on the row, but the line still won't print. If I select the row
and a few subsequent rows, Borders and Shading also indicates that lines
should be showing. If I show deleted text as strikeout and then attempt to
re-format the lines, the missing bottom lines will appear and print when
deleted text is showing, but they disappear again as soon as I hide the
deleted text.

If I insert a row below the one that is missing a line, the line will appear
and print, but that often leaves a blank row at the top of the following
page.

I can't accept all changes, because I am required to issue this document
with changes tracked for revision control. Any suggestions on how to get ALL
my lines to print?

I'm running Office 2003 on Windows XP Professional.

Thanks,

Fred

What if you turn off Track Changes, select the whole table, turn on
all the internal vertical and horizontal rules, and turn Track Changes
back on?
