Missing WordArt Toolbar?

Hello,
I am missing my WordArt toolbar. I have two computers. One at home and one
at work. They both have Microsoft Office 2003, which includes Publisher. On
my home computer I can turn on my WordArt toolbar and it is shown as a free
floating toolbar on the workspace. It has an icon for ‘Insert WordArt’,
‘Edit Text’, ‘WordArt Gallery’, ‘Object’, ‘WordArt Shape’, ‘Text Wrapping’,
‘WordArt Same Letter Heights’, ‘WordArt Vertical Text’, ‘WordArt Alignment’,
and ‘WordArt Character Spacing’. When I try turn on the same toolbar on my
computer at work I don’t get a toolbar. I tried turning off all the toolbars
and turning on just the WordArt toolbar, thinking maybe it was attached and I
kept missing it. It is not there. Why would I be missing it? How do I make
it available? I am guessing I have some feature on or off on one computer
and not the other, since this is the only noticeable difference and both
Publisher’s appear to function properly in all other aspects I use it for.
Thanks in advance
JT

a.. If you don't see the toolbar you're looking for on the shortcut menu, click
Customize, click the Toolbars tab, and then, in the Toolbars list, click the toolbar
you want.
