A user created and sent a message the text and Subject line had been
stripped out of several emails
She had to send the same email three times for it to arrive at its
destination with the text, Subject line, and attachment.
The first time she tried sending the email, it stripped out the text
and Subject line, but kept the attachment.
The second time she tried sending the email today, it stripped out the
Subject line, but kept the text and attachment.
The third time she sent it, it kept everyhting.
Same issue has happened in the past several months ago, but it isn't a
regular occurence.
