More Problems, Deleting Auto-Populated names in To/From/cc fields.

Vince--I hope you pick thisi up again...you had sent me a response
previously...

As per your prior instructions, I went in and "cleaned things up" using
delete.

Unfortunately, this morning, after re-booting, all the names were all there
again...

How can I permanently delete these entries without deleting the whole list
file?

OK, so you deleted your NK2 file and the names came back. Very odd, check
the size, date, time of the NK2 file name

Hi Vince...actually I did not delete the N2K file since I did not want to
lose the entire list; rather, i deleted individual entries in the list using
the delete key on the drop down list for each letter [a--z].

Sooooooooo....any ideas how to permanently delete individual names in the
list without deleting the entire N2K file?

There's a tool here to edit the file:

There might be a free one out there but I can't find it at the moment
