i am preparing invoice details in database format in ms access 2007. now obviously each client's invoice must begin in new separate page. i tried giving force page before and after in detail section property but it doesn't work.
how can i set it so that each record begins at a separate page?
thanks.

Easiest way is to set the detail section Length = to the Page Size - margins - footer-Header

For Example your invoice page is 8 by 10 with top and bottom margins set to .5 Inches

You have a Page Header, Detail, Page Footer

Page Header = .5 Inches, Page Footer = .5 Inches

Make the Detail 8 inches High. 8 +.5+.5+.5+.5 = 10.

There is a control in access 2007 + 2010 that inserts a page break in forms and reports when printed. it can be found in the controll bar in design mode.
