Hi Sophie, I'm not sure I totally understand your example,
but maybe it's calculating working days. Do you have a
special calendar attached by any chance?

Hello Mary,

My problem is to calculate the days elapsed between the
date when the "project charter has been approved" & the
date when the "customer has signed off".
Thank you for your answers.
I will try out Joe's formula.
