MS Project how change the duration field display from days to d

In MS Project, how can I change the duration field display from "days" to "d"?

e.g. I want the Gantt Chart Duration column to display "3 d" instead of "3
days"

I am using -
MS Office Project Professional 2003
MS Windows XP Professional SP 2

Hi Shreck,

Tools > Options, Edit tab. Set the "View Options" for days to "d".
Click the Set as Default button to apply to all Project files created
from that point forward. Project files you have already created you'll
need to change one at a time.
