Hi,
I created a form and on design view I clicked and dragged a table into the
form. In the form (or dragged table in the form) I have three fields and one
checkbox field. I want multiple users to be able to select any of the
checkbox and only export selected checkbox. That is taken care of but the
problem I have is that when more than one users open the form and select
checkbox it changes the checkbox selections. In other words, when one users
select A,B,C,D, E and another users select A,B,C the form changes depending
on who changed it last. I don't want that to happen. I was wondering is
there a way to prevent that where each user is able to independly select the
checkbox with out affecting the other users selections when he/she opens the
form and check the selection (kind of like replication of a form instead of
making changes on the same form. It's kind of complicated to explain so hope
