Musical emails? But how?

HI,
can anyone please tell me how to add a windows media file to my emails. I
keep getting message "one or more of the pictures in this message could not
be found. When you send this message these pictures will not be included"
PERHAPS THE FILE IS TOO LARGE? DOES THE SIZE NEED TO BE REDUCED? THANKS IN
ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP!
