my emails will not show amination

when I receive emails that should have pics and amination happening - nothing
happens, yet on my outlook 2003 at work everything works ok - send it to
home and nothing works can anyone help me

So which version of Outlook are you using at home? Outlook 2007? That
doesn't support animation. You'll need to open the message in the browser to
see that;
