my microsoft word program does not print envelopes any more.

my microsoft word program does not print the envelopes correctly. The address
is printing the wrong way and on the wrong side. I did install a new printer
and am following the directions that are suggested. Also it does not work the
right way on my original printer. It worked perfectly before.I do not have a
disk to reinstall word. It was installes at the factory

Have you tried selecting the correct feed option in the Envelope Printing
Options?
