Outlook(2003 SP1) started freezing on receive. It would download 1 or 2
messages and stop responding. I turned off the rules and it downloaded fine.
I thought since it was a sudden onset that it may have been a recent rule I
created, but I deleted them all and started over and it happened again. Why
are my rules causing outlook to stop responding?
