My switchboard wont expand

I have a switchboard to use to navigate around various reports and forms. I
tried to add a new page to the main switchboard screen and it will take all
the information but it wont show it on the switchboard. Any ideas why not?
The will only be the 4th bullet on that screen.

On the switchboard I added links to other sub-switchboards. For example -
click on the PHA link and it carries you to a page that offers different
reports, forms and queries. I tried to add a link to the top switchboard for
Reports that when you click on it, you have the option of the necessary
reports. This last one does not show up though.

Sorry, I never used sub-switchboards. I just add to the Switchboard Items
table to display the next switchboard.

I'm not sure where the problem is but my top level switchboard wont let me
add anything new to it. Have you ever run into a similar problem? I have 3
button on that switchboard and it wont display anything else - no reports, no
forms, no sub-seitchboards.
