Need help with a euntime 5941 error

I have the following macro of which I get a runtime error 5941 error an
it states requested member of cell dont exsist.

Where its highlighted in yellow its throwing the error there. Ca
anyone help.

Where its highlighted in yellow its throwing the error there.
Well, we don't see any highlighting here in the newsgroups. And
you've posted this to an end-user newsgroup.

Try asking in the word.vba.general newsgroup, and be sure to
use some kind of text characters (such as a row of asterisks)
to indicate the line causing the error.

Also specify the version of Word you're using.
