new mail notifiaction for other than inbox

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. I have rules to move new mail,on arrival,
from inbox to other folders. I don't see an unopen mail icon on my taskbar
,when mail is moved to other folders. I am using outlook on Windows 2000.
