Newsreader click misdirected to folder 1033

I am actually using Outlook 2003 SP2,and have established a menu heading
(along with File,Edit, etc) of "News",which would direct me to the newsreader.
Now I'm being directed to Folder 1033 (C:\Program Files\Common
Files\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033). I tried a System Restore to yesterday,which worked
once, and now I'm back to Folder 1033. Please help.

I think what Diane meant to post was:
To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.
