No Plus sign on distribution list

I have Outlook 2003 with Exchange. I have configured distribution list. In
Outlook I do not have the plus (+) sign to allow me to expand a distribution
list. Does anyone know why I cannot expand a distribution list?

Solutions:
Normally, the + sign is shown for the DL which is created manually. However,
it doesn't show in the Outlook on your computer, please create a new Outlook
profile to test the issue. Also, please repair the Office installation.
