no previous message viewed at bottom of email when forwardng an em

hi,

i have using Ms Outlook 2003, when i try to forwarding my email to others
outlook 2003 user, the receiver cannot view my previous message in their
email. they only can view what i type new in my email message. any ideal of
this issue??? please help, thanks.
