Non-printing gray circle in CD Label

Hi all,
The new publication wizard "Blank CD/DVD Label.." create the empty
publication with two gray circles.
My question is: what is this circles are?
This is not a shape, because I can't to point hems,
This is not a guid line because this is _circle_,
This is not a special paper, because when I do "Delete page" this elements
are deleted,
And also this is non-printing element!
This stuff made me crazy!
How I can create same element/shape????

The circles represent the shape of the CD. You create your design inside the larger
circle, the small circle is of course, the center of the CD. If you want to create
the same in another publication look at the page layout, input those numbers into the
new publication. Create the circles to fit. The larger circle is 4.265, the smaller
one is 1.265.

There are elements in Publisher built-in to the templates that you can't
recreate through the UI.
