Notes About Visits

I'm a pastor who visits and is visited by people.

I would like to be able to record notes about conversations/appointments I
have on any given date, and be able to later pull-up the visits with the
people and the notes from those visits.

Any help will be appreciated.

If you already have an appointment in your calendar for that visit, you can type your notes right into the appointment. Or you can create an entry in the Journal folder for it. In both cases, you can use the Contacts box at the bottom of the appointment or journal entry to link that item with a contact in your Contacts folder. Such linked items appear on the Activities tab of the contact.
