Notes folder missing across Outlook clients on Exchange server

Users on our network have lost the Notes folder within Outlook. This is for
clients running Office 2003 and a couple running Beta 2007.

We have just upgraded to Exchange 2003 in the past few weeks and I wonder if
it is connected to that.

We have an old PC with Outlook XP on and that can still display the Notes
folder when logged in as the same user as a 2003 or 2007 user.

I have tried the /resetfolders and other command line switches and have also
created new mail profiles.

HELP!!

Resolved

Re-added Notes into Outlook Web Access via the OWA Admin tool and it
restored it in Outlook also.

I did not see the notes inthe Admin tool:

Use this page to enable and disable Outlook Web Access features for your
server. By default all features are enabled. Note that some features will not
interoperate with Microsoft Outlook. (Show me more information) (Hide
explanation)

Outlook Web Access ability to enable/disable individual features
(segmentation) is not designed to interoperate with the full version of
Microsoft Outlook. For example, if you deny access to the Calendar folder by
disabling the feature here, the Calendar folder will be missing in the folder
list within the full Outlook client, but the shortcuts will still be active
(thus users can still access the calendar). With proper configuration of the
Outlook profile, it is possible to emulate this Outlook Web Access
segmentation capability.
