We print a number of brochures at various stages thru out each day. In order
to keep track of the quantity is it possible to number each brochure with a
unique number when its printed.

There is a tutorial here for consecutive numbers.

Consecutive Numbering (2002, 2003)

You will have to use a merge. Be prepared to remember where you left off each time
you print. If you print 1-14 for the first print, remember to input 15 through
whatever on the next run.

Thanks Mary,

Yes, we saw that method on an earlier request, it works fine, I was just
trying to streamline it a bit more to avoid the remembering what the last
number was, as different people can instigate the print job. I guess I'm
trying to avoid the manual input into the procedure.

Regards

Mick

You could probably code a custom solution using VBA to accomplish this.
