Occassional Word "unspecified error" when sending using Outlook

Occassionally when I try to send a reply using Outlook it fails and I get a
Word "unspecified error". It does not ahppen all the time just some of it.
I generally then paste what I had written into a new reply and then it works.

I run XP SP2.
