OL2007 errors when closing

I have a user that everytime she tries to close outlook she gets these two
messages.

Outlook cannot save or create this file. Make sure that the disk you want
to save the file on is not full, write protected or damaged.

Word encountered a problem while trying to save the document. Do you want
work to save the document as \\imaging1\home1\lauriem\rescued26.asd and mark
the file to be recovered the next time it is opened?

In case anyone is storing their default templates for Word in a folder that
is on a server that everyone defaults to, you will receive the following
error that is below. It is my experience that if you copy a users
NormalEmail.dotm (Outlook2007) file to the location where you all share
templates and give everyone full control that will take care of the issue
below.
