Old task entries use custom contact form!

Hi there,

I'm using ol2003 on XP home and I have the following problem: old task
entries suddenly use when openned my custom contact form. Is this a known
problem and how can I overcome this? When creating a new task though the
right form is being used.

Help appreciated.

Hi again,

Can the above be caused by synchronizing Outlook with my cell phone
(contacts, calendar, tasks) through IR? I own a SonyEricsson K700i and
XTNDConnect software.
