OPENING OUTLOOK

When I attempt to open outlook it opens then immediately closes. I am now
having the same problem with Internet Explorer.

1) Check the Event Viewer for the time when it happened for more details.
2) What version of Outlook and IE are you using?
3) Have you anti-malware installed, is it up-to-date, and have you
recently run a full scan? (for both viruses and spyware/trojans)
