OST files in Outlook 2003

Hi guys,

I have a user coming from another company, who would like his e-mail folder
from the old company to be viewable on the new company. His profile on his
laptop is destroyed, but I have an OST file (Offline folders file) and tried
to merge, or simply overwrite with the existing file but it won't allow. Is
there anyway to merge two OST files, or convert an OST file to a PST?

What profile was destroyed? The mail profile or the userprofile?

A thing you can try is to create a new Cached Exchange mail profile and have
it sync once. lace Outlook Offline and close it. Now overwrite your old
ost-file and see if Outlook accepts it. If so; export it to a pst-file.

Would you be so kind to help me to solve a outlook2000 problem.
My oulook2000 client connect to exchange server.
When I want to exit the outlook.But outlook only display
"Please wait while microsoft outlook exits."and cannot exit .

it sync once. lace Outlook Offline and close it. Now overwrite your old
