OST Security

I use Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange Server with the local OST in
Cached Exchange Mode. I want Outlook to require a password before any mail
can be viewed. Currently, if an unauthorized person were to start Outlook on
a client machine, Ourlook starts, then they are prompted for a pswd to
connect to the server, but even if they don't have the pswd and cancel out of
that login screen they can still see all of the email, I assume because of
the OST. Is there a way to prohibit this and have it work like a PST, where
if you don't know the pswd you cannot see anything?
