Well, after I moved to Idaho I'm now safe from the problem I had years
ago in San Francisco. I had a great deal of trouble sharing rides to
work (a desirable thing to do given the traffic density); my problem
was that I'd get anxiety attacks going through the many underground
stretches of road (in particular just North and South of the Golden
Gate Bridge); these were tolerable if I was driving and in control,
but got very stressful if I was a passenger.

Yes... I had carpool tunnel syndrome!
