Out of memory - file size?

Does anyone know what the upper limit of a file is?

I have a user who wants to open a 98Mb file and excel
just give 'Out of Memory' error when trying to open it..

In versions of Excel earlier than Excel 2002, the memory

limit is 64 MB. In Excel 2002, the limit is increased to
128 MB.
