"Out of memory" Issue with Notes

Okay,

I've now figure out what the problem is from the note below. My problem is
that I need to access the information in the note that is now no longer
accesible. Anyone have any ideas?

You receive a "Can't open this item. Out of memory or system resources"
error message when you try to open a note in Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2003

SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to open a Note in Microsoft Outlook, the Note may not open
and you may receive the following message:
Can't open this item. Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows
or programs and try again.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if a Note contains the maximum number of characters that
Outlook allows, approximately 30,000.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, create a new Note that contains fewer
characters.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products
that are listed at the beginning of this article.
