Outlook 03 shortcuts disappear

Please advise - third time I've written! Shortcuts and their groups keep
disappearing. Someone sent me to Run:%AppData% to find a corrupt file in
Outlook which I removed...then the problem started again. Can't find a
corrupt file, don't know where to look. Help!
