i am using OL2003 and when i receive a html email, the text is not displayed
in the reading pane. when i double click on the email to open it in a new
window, same thing, no text. when i turn on the autopreview, there is text
there. other emails, plain text and rich text format display the text
without any problem.
it used to display before, but all of a sudden it has stopped. i ahev tried
running a detect and repair and that did not resolve the issue. i even
created a new email profile under the control panel and mail, but still get
the same issue.
