Outlook 2003 Backup

I can't get the ms backup to work in outlook 2003. I have installed and
uninstalled the pfbackup file multiple times with same result. I get the
error "No files Set for Backup". When I go to Options there are no files to
select. The outlook .pst file is in the proper folder and operating properly.

You have to select the file(s) to backup from within Outlook the first time.
Do File-Backup-Options.

When I go to Options, there are no files to sellect. Only (No personal folder
files are open)

I don't know what type of account it is. I have ATT Yahoo DSL. I do not get
my e-mail through outlook however. Hope this info helps. If not, how do I
figure out what type of e-mail account I have. Thanks
