Outlook 2003 calendar

I have having a problem accessing a calendar located in a public folder on
an Exchange 2000 server. I continue to get the error:
"Unable to display the folder. You do not have sufficient Permission to
perform this operation on the object. See the folder contact or your system
administrator."

I have checked the permissions on the calendar and I have reviewer access.
Any ideas???
