Outlook 2003 installed on an XP machine has a sporadic problem with emails
not arriving in the inbox. New email notification alerts occur, but not all
emails arrive in inbox. Although not exclusive, a common trait of the emails
that do not appear is that they are reply emails. (We have set up Outlook to
leave a copy of all emails on the server to diagnose which arrive and which
do not.) All rules are turned off.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting. Have uninstalled and reinstalled
office/outlook 2003 already and problem continues.
